Prior to 2003 and our discovery of Qualex, we always had issues with containers at our receiving warehouse. The nature of our products, which are stone tables, tops and leather furniture, all from Italy, has in the past caused us headache after headache. Once Qualex came into the picture, our issues ceased. Not only are there no damages to our stock, our sold orders go out immediately.
